We will be conducting a workshop on smart contracts on [16th Jan 2018]. Here’s what we’ll cover:
What cryptocurrency is and what smart contracts are
How cryptocurrencies work
How smart contracts work
Hands-on sessions:
Setting up Ethereum
Creating our own smart contract.
Attendees should have a good grasp of programming languages such as C++ or python.
The workshop will be facilitated by Chris Maden, CEO of Computer Project Management Consultants Ltd. Chris picked up his first computer at the age of 13, learnt how to program it and has never looked back. He has helped central banks in Asia and the Middle East implement security for payments systems that clear US$ tens of billions every day.
